Warranty Coverage
Suburban Kitchens warrants all work performed solely by the company for one year to the original purchasing consumer against avoidable and unnatural defects in material and workmanship under normal use.
Warranty Exclusions
This writing is the complete and exclusive statement of the express warranties provided herein. There are no implied warranties extending beyond the terms of this warranty. Suburban Kitchens shall not be liable for incidental or consequential costs, expenses, or damages.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty does not cover any product used or installed in connection with cabinets, such as countertops, appliances, or plumbing fixtures, aside from countertops and sinks installed by Suburban Kitchens. This warranty does not cover damage caused by exposure to excessive temperatures or to defects arising from misuse, neglect, accident, alteration, improper use or care, or failure to maintain. No subcontractor, agent, or employee of Suburban Kitchens has the authority to alter the obligations or limitations of any Suburban Kitchens warranty.
Warranty Disclaimers
This warranty in non-transferable. Wood characteristics naturally occurring such as variations in color, grain, mineral streaks and knots are not considered defects. Color variations in cabinets are a natural occurrence due to species, age, character of cabinets, and exposure to UV light and sunlight. For these reasons, new and/or replacement cabinets may not match display samples and or existing cabinets. Such variations and changes are not considered defects.
Warranty Performance
If a defect does occur within the terms and conditions of this warranty, such defective parts will be repaired or replaced by Suburban Kitchens at its sole option.
